Centrally located on the Buffalo State University campus, we are open for public programs most Friday and Saturday evenings. We recommend all guests familiarize themselves with our location and policies found below before visiting us.

The planetarium is located on the campus of Buffalo State University in its Science and Math Complex.

Admission Basics
- No food or drinks are allowed in the planetarium. This includes water bottles and gum.
- For safety in the darkened planetarium, late arrivals may not be admitted once the program starts. If you need to leave during the program, you may not be readmitted.
- Our dome has a strict limit of 48 guests.
- Except for designated children's/family programs, children 4 and younger are not permitted at our public programs.
- Please refrain from wearing light-up shoes or garments.
Accessibility Basics

The planetarium is very accessible, with no stairs and nearby parking. Assisted listening devices are available for use at no charge.
If you have questions or need assistance with wheelchair seating or any other accommodations, please email us at planetarium@buffalostate.edu Also contact us ahead of time to reserve an assisted listening device if needed for your program. Please plan to leave a license or credit card during your program in order to borrow an assisted listening device. All assisted listening devices are sanitized between uses.
